A Bill I know nothing about, that may or may not be something I'd want, is being blocked by Republicans? How is that possible? The Democrats have a majority... why does anyone care what the Republicans vote on the Bill? Democrats should be able to sign anything they want into law. If they can't, there's something else going on. That add makes no sense.

Yea, what the obstructionist, just say no Republicans are saying is "NO" to policy making that does not create results. The best way to create jobs is to get the government off our backs. We as a country have proven time and again that smaller governement results in a vibrant priviate sector.

Bills like this jobs bill, the so-called health care reform bill, and other progressive policy issues are all about punishing success and the value creation process and rewarding the metaphysical feel good ideas that ultimate don't work, cost billions, produce no results, and have massive unintended consequences (job loss, captial flight, polution (especially in CA) and the list goes on and on.

You tax the upper income earners more, and the result will be less job creation. Im not going to make less, Ill just fire an employee or two to compensate, and work harder and be more efficient with my business. There is a reason we end up in the higher income bracket...WE EARN IT!! Its not a right given by government.
Leave the money in the private sector, and watch the job creation happen naturally. You guys have to have your hand in everything, though. ITS NOT THE GOVERNMENTS ROLE TO CONTROL EVERYTHING!! Unfortuntely, 30% of us are employed by government, so bigger government is another form of job security. Get used to the idea of a one term president, democrats.
