Communications Director Justin Barasky released the following statement after Senators Pat Toomey and John Boozman voted to allow a government shutdown:
“It is stunning that Pat Toomey and John Boozman are so wedded to their blind partisanship that they would vote to allow the government to shut down. Voters will remember that Senators Toomey and Boozman voted to let the government shutdown and picked extremist ideology over commonsense bipartisanship.”
