DSCC Statement Congratulating Senator Sherrod Brown on Re-Election

Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer and Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) Chair Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand released the following statement congratulating Senator-Elect Sherrod Brown on winning re-election:

“Congratulations to Senator-Elect Brown on his victory and welcome return to the U.S. Senate, where we will work together to continue the fight of taking on big corporations on behalf of hard-working Americans and building an economy that works for working people. Sherrod’s unshakable fight against a rigged system has defined his career, and in the Senate he’ll keep fighting to lower costs, protect good-paying American jobs, and put Ohio workers first. We are elated to welcome him back to our caucus.”
