Following the release of a new report, which found that Dan Sullivan-backed Medicaid cuts have put at least two Alaska hospitals at high risk of closing or cutting services, Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee Spokesperson Joe Bush released the following statement:
“Dan Sullivan’s toxic plan that cut Medicaid, ripped away health care coverage, and spiked costs is hurting Alaskans. This alarming new report makes clear that Sullivan-backed Medicaid cuts are putting Alaska hospitals at risk of shuttering or reducing services, leaving Alaskans with even less access to care. In November, Alaska voters will hold Sullivan responsible for his role in creating a health care crisis across the state.”
