Following the release of a new report, which found that Jon Husted-backed Medicaid cuts have put at least nine Ohio hospitals at high risk of closing or cutting services, Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee Spokesperson Joe Bush released the following statement:
“Jon Husted’s toxic plan that cut Medicaid, ripped away health care coverage, and spiked costs is hurting Ohioans. This alarming new report makes clear that Husted-backed Medicaid cuts are putting Ohio hospitals at risk of shuttering or reducing services, leaving Ohioans with even less access to care. In November, Ohio voters will hold Husted responsible for his role in creating a health care crisis across the state.”
