Voters should check their ballot status here
Today the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC), Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC), the Fetterman for PA campaign and affected voters have filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Erie Division seeking to overturn the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s ruling invalidating mail ballots that are incorrectly dated.
The lawsuit details that:
Voters should check their ballot status here and either take their correctly completed mail ballot to a drop off location, or vote in person on election day.
