Today the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) is releasing a new ad in the Nevada Senate race, “Girls.”
The spot features a testimonial from a Nevada mother highlighting how Adam Laxalt opposes a woman’s right to make her own health care decisions: he called Roe v. Wade a ‘joke,’ celebrated when it was overturned, and would let states outlaw abortion – even for victims of rape.
The ad is part of the DSCC’s previously announced $33 million independent expenditure reservation.

Caryne: I take it incredibly personally that Adam Laxalt is working to take away the rights of my daughters.
Caryne: Adam Laxalt actually celebrated when Roe v. Wade was overturned.
Caryne: He would let states outlaw abortion even for rape victims.
Caryne: Adam Laxalt called Roe. V. Wade a ‘joke.’ And it made me feel horrified that we are going backwards in time.
