Today the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) is releasing a new ad in the Pennsylvania Senate race, “Dr. Gordon.”
The spot features a testimonial from a Pennsylvania doctor highlighting how Oz supported overturning Roe v. Wade – allowing politicians to ban abortions without exceptions for rape, incest, or to save a woman’s life.
The ad is part of the DSCC’s previously announced $33 million independent expenditure reservation.

Dr. Gordon: When I was in medical school, abortion was not yet legal. So young doctors were trained to treat victims of back-alley abortions.
Dr. Gordon: Too often, women died. I thought those days were long behind us. But not so, with Mehmet Oz.
Dr. Gordon: Oz supported overturning Roe, allowing politicians to ban abortion, with no exceptions for rape, incest or to save a woman’s life.
Dr. Gordon: We can’t let Mehmet Oz take women back to a very dangerous time.
