DSCC Statement On Anniversary Of Medicare & Medicaid Signed Into Law

On today’s anniversary of Medicare and Medicaid being signed into law, Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee spokesperson Nora Keefe issued the following statement:

“While Senate Democrats are fighting to lower the cost of health care and prescription drugs, Rick Scott and Senate Republicans’ plan would raise taxes, end Social Security and Medicare and spike the cost of health care for hard working Americans. Their toxic agenda will lead GOP Senate campaigns to defeat in November.”
