In response to Republican Senators Ron Johnson and Marco Rubio voting against advancing the Inflation Reduction Act, Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee spokesperson Amanda Sherman-Baity issued the following statement:
“Johnson and Rubio’s refusal to even consider this proposal that cuts costs, lowers the price of prescription drugs and addresses working families’ most pressing priorities is all the reason voters need to kick them out of office in November.”
