The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC), the Senate Democrats’ campaign arm, launched a digital ad Thursday highlighting benefits of the pandemic-relief law, known as the American Rescue Plan. The ad is part of a five-figure buy, the DSCC said.”
