Today the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) is releasing a new video highlighting the wave of new reporting on the DSCC’s lawsuit to demand the release of records pertaining to Jim Justice’s official schedule or calendar.
This comes as West Virginians across the state continue to see new reporting that details Justice’s “ongoing scandal over his work schedule,” his repeated failure to comply with Freedom of Information Act requests,” and “his work ethic, [which] was already drawing scrutiny.”
