While Democrats are unified around strong nominees in Pennsylvania and North Carolina, Republicans remain in chaos: Pat McCrory is refusing to endorse NC GOP nominee Ted Budd,  and “it’s too close to call in Pennsylvania’s jam-packed, combative, and extremely expensive GOP Senate primary.”
