In response to Senator Ted Cruz again voting against the Right to IVF Act, Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) spokesperson Annie Lentz issued the following statement:
“As Cruz continues to vote against protections for IVF treatment, he continues to demonstrate the threat he poses to Texas women’s right to make personal decisions about their health care and their families. In November, Texas voters will hold Cruz accountable for his attacks on women’s reproductive freedom by firing him from the Senate.”
