Ahead of the anniversary of Medicare being signed into law, the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) is launching a new digital advertisement: “FL Memories,” highlighting Scott’s agenda that would end Medicare and Social Security, raising health care costs on Florida’s seniors and hard working families.
The advertising campaign calling out Scott will reach older voters in Florida on Medicare’s anniversary through Meta platforms as part of a five figure campaign in the style of the ‘memories’ users see on platforms like Facebook.
From Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee spokesperson Maeve Coyle: “First Scott oversaw the largest Medicare fraud in America’s history, then he spent months crafting and bragging about his signature plan to gut Medicare and Social Security, policies that would spike the cost of healthcare and prescription drugs for Florida seniors. He was already unlikeable and unpopular – and his attacks on Medicare will give Floridians even more reason to vote him out of office in 2024.”
