Today the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) is increasing its previously announced voter education advertising campaign in Pennsylvania, and will now spend over seven figures on digital advertising informing Pennsylvanians about how they can vote in the 2022 election.
As part of the expanded advertising campaign, the DSCC’s ads will reach voters starting today through video on Facebook, Instagram, Connected TV, and Snapchat, as well as through audio on Pandora, Spotify, and iHeartRadio. The ads will direct voters to IWillVote.com/PA, Democrats’ voter education hub. An example of the new ad is below.
From Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee spokesperson Patrick Burgwinkle: “Pennsylvania is home to one of the most consequential Senate races in the country this year and every vote will matter – which is why the DSCC is making sure Pennsylvanians know about their options to participate in the election, and why we are encouraging every Pennsylvanian to go to IWillvote.com/PA to make their plan to vote.”
The expanded advertising campaigns will complement Democrats’ ‘Don’t Be Caught Naked’ campaign which reminds Pennsylvanians who are voting by mail to use their secrecy envelope so that their ballot is not deemed “naked” and disqualified.
