The DSCC raised $6.2 million in February, outraising the NRSC by a whopping $1.4 million despite being in the minority. The DSCC outraised the NRSC by more than $10 million in 2015. The DSCC has $15.2 million cash on hand and lowered its operational debt to less than $1 million.
