The DSCC raised $8.2 million in March, crushing the NRSC by over $2 million. It is the best on-year March in committee history. The DSCC outraised the NRSC 10 out of 12 months in 2015 and in the first three months of 2016, despite being in the minority. The DSCC has $19.2 million cash on hand and has finished paying off its operational debt. Over the last three months, the DSCC raised $20.2 million, $5.4 million more than the NRSC raised in the same period.
