On the one year anniversary of Lindsey Graham introducing a national abortion ban bill in the Senate, Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee spokesperson Nora Keefe issued the following statement:
“This anniversary is yet another reminder of what Republicans will do if they win the Senate: pass a national abortion ban. Republican candidates across the Senate battlegrounds have staked out dangerous positions that would make abortion illegal across the country and rip away women’s right to make our own health care decisions. In 2024, voters will hold Senate Republican candidates accountable for their toxic agenda at the ballot box by protecting and defending Senate Democrats’ majority.”
