REMINDER: Ted Cruz Voted to Block Key Investments in Texas Made Possible By Bipartisan Infrastructure Law

On the second anniversary of the signing of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee spokesperson Amanda Sherman Baity issued the following statement:

“When Senators from both parties came together to rebuild America’s infrastructure, Ted Cruz voted against it – once again pushing his self-serving politics at the expense of the priorities Texans care about. Cruz opposed efforts to stop power grids from crashing, fix water infrastructure, and to improve the supply chains that are driving down costs. As Texans see the benefits of the infrastructure law in action, it’s a reminder that Cruz can’t be trusted to look out for anyone but himself, and it’s another reason why voters will fire him in 2024.”
