In response to Senators Cruz and Scott voting no on considering H.R.4366 — the bill containing funding for Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, Agriculture, Transportation, and Housing and Urban Development — Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee spokesperson Tommy Garcia issued the following statement:
