“Maryland voters were lucky to be able to choose between two qualified, hardworking candidates like Chris Van Hollen and Donna Edwards, and we congratulate Chris on his primary victory tonight. Chris is an outstanding public servant who is a proven champion for Maryland’s middle class families. We look forward to his success in November, and to working with Chris as he continues Senator Mikulski’s long legacy of fighting for Maryland in the Senate.”
