New Website, www.PartyofTrump.com, Highlights Trump’s Dangerous Hold on GOP
For months, vulnerable GOP Senators and Senate candidates have pledged to support the eventual GOP nominee, even if it’s Donald Trump. As Trump continues his march toward the nomination, establishment Republicans like Mitch McConnell are fretting over how they will distance themselves from the frontrunner, but ultimately the Republican Senators and Senate candidates who promised their support are running with Trump. Today, the DSCC is launching the “Party of Trump” campaign with a brand new ad to highlight the Senate Republicans and candidates who have promised to stand with Trump in the general election.
The sustained campaign will feature spending across platforms including television, radio, online, Twitter, and Facebook as well as up to the minute “Party of Trump” news alerts, highlighting Republicans’ continued support of Trump as the nominee. A new DSCC website also launching today, www.PartyofTrump.com, will highlight Trump’s ties to Republican Senators and candidates.
