DSCC: Cruz and Scott’s vote is a gift to Putin, China and our adversaries in the Middle East
In response to Senators Cruz and Scott voting against the national security supplemental funding bill, Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) spokesperson Tommy Garcia issued the following statement:
“As America’s security and service members face serious threats, Cruz and Scott’s vote is a gift to Putin, China and our adversaries in the Middle East. Cruz and Scott prioritized their petty, self-serving politics over Americans’ safety – and by doing so they’ve given voters another powerful reason to fire them in November.”
