DSCC: Cruz’s vote is a gift to Putin, China and our adversaries in the Middle East
In response to Senator Cruz voting against even considering the national security supplemental funding bill, Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) spokesperson Amanda Sherman Baity issued the following statement:
“As America’s security and service members face serious threats, Cruz’s vote is a gift to Putin, China and our adversaries in the Middle East. For the second time in 24 hours, Cruz prioritized his petty, self-serving politics over Americans’ safety – and by doing so he’s given Texas voters another powerful reason to fire him in November.”
