In response to Senator Rick Scott voting against moving forward on the national security supplemental package, Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee spokesperson Maeve Coyle issued the following statement:
“Scott’s vote is a gift to America’s adversaries in the Middle East, along with Russia, China, and the fentanyl traffickers at our border. Even as our country faces multiple threats, Scott is putting his self-serving politics above America’s national security – and in 2024 Florida voters will hold him accountable.”
