DSCC Statement On Cassidy-Graham-Heller

In response to the Republican effort to revive their toxic health care agenda, Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee Spokesman David Bergstein released the following statement:

“Republicans already voted to increase premiums by 20 percent, impose an age tax on older Americans and strip away coverage for pre-existing conditions — and their latest plan is just as expensive and harmful for working families. The GOP’s proposal — coupled with their ongoing sabotage of America’s health care system that is driving up premiums across the country — is just more evidence that their toxic health care agenda is out of step with voters of every political persuasion, and voters will hold every GOP Senate candidate accountable in 2018.”
