As the fourth round of the expanded Child Tax Credit monthly payments hits Americans’ bank accounts today, Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee spokesperson Jazmin Vargas released the following statement:
“As the fourth round of monthly tax cuts hit bank accounts today, Americans are once again reminded that Democrats’ Senate majority is delivering for American families. In 2022, voters won’t forget that Democrats helped families get back on their feet, ensuring that our economy recovers from the coronavirus pandemic, while Senate Republicans and GOP Senate candidates unanimously opposed any relief for hard working families.”
Reminder: every single Republican incumbent and Senate candidate opposed putting more money in the pockets of hardworking families.
