SENATE REPUBLICANS BASHED ON BORDER → Across the Senate battlegrounds, Democrats are calling out GOP Senate candidates for opposing a bipartisan bill that would help secure our border, crack down on fentanyl trafficking and keep Americans safe. The DSCC released a new digital video, “Republicans Won’t Keep Us Safe,” featuring news footage calling out Senate Republicans for opposing their own bill, failing to secure the border, and risking Americans’ safety.

MONTANA MADNESS → After nearly a year of attempts by National Republicans to avoid a “brutal GOP primary battle,” Matt Rosendale announced that he is running for U.S. Senate, “kicking off what’s expected to be a divisive GOP primary” that “could force the national party to spend tens of millions of dollars and divide a state party that needs to throw a perfect game to beat incumbent Sen. Jon Tester.”

YOU CAN’T SIT WITH US → A new report from the Washington Post reveals how Kari Lake’s Senate bid is “causing trust issues in the Arizona GOP” and “totally kill[ing]” Republicans’ desire to associate with her, noting that “Arizona Republicans — including elected officials, candidates and party donors — said they had long assumed they were being recorded when they were around Lake or speaking to her by phone.”

SPEAKING OF TURBULENCE…MCCORMICK KEEPS FLYING OUT OF PA → In the final months of 2023 alone, the Keystone newsroom revealed David McCormick had used his private aircraft at least 11 times, costing him around $37,300. This includes a private flight back in September from his home in Connecticut to Harrisburg to meet with legislators in the Pennsylvania State Capitol.

DAVID MCCORMICK, PROFESSIONAL JOB KILLER → In leaked audio reported by the Heartland Signal, Connecticut resident David McCormick said, “I don’t really care” if manufacturing jobs are shipped out of Pennsylvania. This comes after multiple reports on his record of outsourcing jobs.
