DSCC Statement on Senate Republicans’ Plan To Oppose Bipartisan Border Security Funding

In response to Senate Republicans’ plan to oppose bipartisan border security funding, Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee spokesperson Tommy Garcia issued the following statement: 

“Senate Republicans are tanking a plan to secure our border for the sake of their petty, ridiculous politics – now voters will hold GOP Senate candidates accountable for their party’s reckless, dangerous agenda that prioritizes the worst kind of Washington politics over Americans’ safety.”
